Information on the processing of personal data
LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra
Acting under Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 (hereinafter: GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
1. The personal data controller is LUMEL S.A. with its registered office in Zielona Góra, contact: ul.Słubicka 4, 65-127 Zielona Góra, rodo@lumel.com.pl
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services by LUMEL S.A. seated in Zielona Góra to the entity on whose behalf you enter into relations with LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra (hereinafter: Client).
3. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b and letter f of the GDPR, i.e. a legally justified interest understood as the provision of services:
- to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of services provided electronically and the implementation of your inquiries,
- to carry out the recruitment process (data collected in the recruitment form),
- to provide the newsletter service,
- to match the content of the website and advertisements to your needs and interests,
- to make measurements that allow us to improve our services and ensure that they meet your needs as much as possible,
- for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the controller, including marketing and promotion of our own services for the Client, as well as determining and pursuing claims and possible defense against claims by LUMEL S.A.,
- to perform and implement tasks resulting from concluded agreements, including in particular the sale and provision of services, and also in the event of fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the controller - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR.
4. The recipients of personal data will be the following types of entities:
- LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra and its representatives,
- external entities: cooperators and clients of LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra, who will receive personal data to the extent necessary to enable proper communication, including service providers providing services on behalf of Lumel S.A. or for LUMEL S.A., including in particular entities providing IT services for LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra and entities providing legal services for LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra,
- if such an obligation results from generally applicable provisions of law, to the extent necessary, also other entities, in particular state authorities.
5. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary under the provisions of law and agreements, in particular for their execution and for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims.
6. Each person has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, supplement, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing
based on consent expressed before its withdrawal.
7. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if it is considered that the processing of personal data is unlawful.
8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for purposes related to the establishment and course of cooperation.
9. Personal data will be processed in an automated manner, as well as in a manner other than automated, but will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
10. The controller stores data in IT infrastructure provided by external entities, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, therefore personal data may be transferred to recipients based outside the European Economic Area, but in each case along with the requirements of applicable law.
