Increasing our production capacity for CT's and analog meters
We are pleased to announce that we are increasing our production capacity for manufacturing of current transformers and analogue meters.
This development has been made possible thanks to the adaptation of a new production area of 1500 m² which is located in our formate production facility in the city Centre of Zielona Gòra, Poland.
The new production area was designed specifically for the production of current transformers and analogue meters. This space contains 40 specialized production stations, as well as advanced equipment such as toroidal winding machines for automatic winding of wires onto cores, ultrasonic welders, Omicron transformer testing devices, core winding machines and a vacuum furnace for annealing cores after winding. Additionally to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of testing procedures for current transformers and meters we will utilize fully automatic multiple CT testing equipment and automatic meter testing.

Now, in addition to realizing orders for finished products, we will be able to offer contract manufacturing of transformers and meters and the production of components such as cores" - said Dinesh Musalekar - President of Lumel SA and CEO of Rishabh Capital Group.
Thanks to the optimization of production and technological processes, now the Lumel 4.0 plant, with an area of almost 4 000 m 2 (built in 2020), will only manufacture high-tech devices - such as network parameter analyzers, transducers, MV network protection systems. All processes related to the production of electro-mechanical devices (such as analog meters, current transformers, telemetry gates) will be located in a new adapted plant. Additionally, the implementation of new technologies will ensure that our customers benefit from fully automated testing of all manufactured devices, with test results readily accessible online.
