New LUMEL plant - press conference
A press conference was held yesterday at the City Hall in Zielona Góra with the participation of the President of our Company Dinesh Musalekar and the Mayor of Zielona Góra Janusz Kubicki.
During the conference Dinesh Musalekar officially announced the construction of our new modern technologies plant, which will include:
- production and office building
- R&D centre
- measurement laboratories
- sales and marketing centre
- multidisciplinary sports and leisure facility - the so-called LUMEL Arena which will include a sports hall, a tennis court and a gym.
The entire production and office facility and LUMEL Arena will be fully air-conditioned.
The construction works of the plant are to begin this year and its completion is planned for 2019.
The new facility will be built at ul. Międzyrzecka 1, right next to the plot of land where the pressure castings plant - LUMEL ALUCAST is located.
The estimated cost of the investment is approximately 30 million złotys.
